Relaxing Chicken with Roasted Veggies

Ingredients
10 Free-Range Chicken Legs
4 cups Assorted Veggies cut into bite-sized chunks (in photo: New Potatoes, Sweet potatoes, Red Onions, Green Peppers, Carrots, Tomatoes)
2 tbls Olive Oil
2 tbls Relaxing Adaptogen French Blend
2 ½ tsp Alkalizing Lemon Pepper
2 -3 tsp Real Salt
Instructions
Toss all ingredients in a pan. Make sure it is coated well with seasoning and oil.
Roast at 400 degrees for 40 min or until nicely browned
Optional mix in the end:
2 cups Baby Spinach
A handful of Mild Green Olives
Serve
