Alkalizing Lemon Pepper Blend
Love the tart spicy flavor that lemon pepper adds to food? This blend is perfect used all on its own and equally delightful when paired with our Italian or French blend. Many of the foods we love are acid-forming in the body. By including more alkalizing fruits and veggies we can offset the acidity of foods like meat and dairy. We can take that even further by including this lemon pepper. Sprinkle right on your meat/ poultry, or even better, add it to some sautéed or lightly roasted veggies and really pump up the alkalinity!
